One of the hardest times in your life - divorce. There are so many things to consider, your memories, your kids, your neighbors, emotions, school, work, the list is endless! And on top of all of that you either have to - or have agreed to sell your house.
How do you handle all of that?! Well, it helps to have someone who could hopefully make the home selling part as painless as possible. Finding a Real Estate Agent who really cares about their clients is a "must have", it will relieve some of that stress that goes along with the process of selling a home.
Real Estate Agents are people too and you know what, some of them might have gone through the very same thing. I went through a divorce and had to sell the house - and also the house I purchased years later was a "must sell" situation in a divorce as well. So I got to see it from both sides.
Sometimes it is nice to have someone who might really understand what you are going through. Don't worry, you'll get through it, remember, "Everything happens for a reason". There might be something truly amazing waiting for you!
